Please see below for some frequently asked questions.

How is my order sent?
All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Most prints and greeting cards are made to order so please allow 3 -5 working days for processing before your order is sent. Please see individual listings for processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. UK orders are sent by second class and international orders are sent by international standard (untracked).

 

UK delivery normally takes 3 working days by second class and 10 - 14 days for international. However, due to COVID-19 estimated delivery times are not guaranteed as delays are expected. For more information on delivery and returns policy please click here

Where do you deliver? 
Currently we ship to the UK and USA. 

Can I change the colours of a print?
Most art illustrations come as they are however depending on the design, some colours can be changed. As changing colours requires more time and to print proofs to make sure colours are accurate, extra charges may apply to the price as it becomes a custom print. Please contact us for more information.

Can I personalise a print/card?
We can offer personalisation with your choice of names, dates etc. Specific products will say personalised if it is available, otherwise they cannot be personalised. 

Can I get a print in a different size?
All prints come as listed, however if there is a particular size you need - please contact us for a quote. 

I’ve written the wrong thing for the personalisation, what should I do?
If you’ve realised you’ve spelt something wrong or would like to change wording please let us know as soon as possible after you order by e-mailing us – moonbean.designs@gmail.com

 

My order hasn’t arrived.
If you haven’t received the item within the time frame outlined in your dispatch email, please e-mail and we’ll try to help where possible.
